What labs do you use and do I need a referral?

No referral needed. I use functional labs like NutriPath, SmartDNA, and QUEST — along with BIA scans, DNA testing, blood panels, and stool analysis when needed.

We only test what’s meaningful — no overtesting, no overwhelm.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals. Some women feel a shift after just 2–3 sessions. Others stay longer for deeper hormonal or metabolic support.

Is this covered by private health insurance?
